Shortcuts
Pressing Alt + [the underlined letter] will select
that menu option. For example, Alt + F brings up the File
menu. Available keyboard shortcuts are also listed
next to their menu items; for example, Ctrl + Q quits the
program.

Track Options
Panels to the left of each track allow customization of the
playback of the track.
